The Neuruppin Holiday Apartment is set in a former outbuilding on a spacious, fenced property in a quiet area of Neuruppin, Ruppiner Seenland. This 55 m² house, spread over two levels, accommodates up to 5 guests. Please note: The ground floor has a ceiling height of about 2.00 m. The upper floor is a converted attic with typical sloped ceilings. The staircase to the bedrooms is steep with narrow steps and a handrail. The building has intentionally retained its original rustic charm—this is part of the special character of the accommodation. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and all essentials. In the living area: TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a bathtub. Bed linen is included; towels and bath towels are not provided. Ideal for families: a baby cot, two high chairs, toys, board games, and children's books are available. The property offers a playground and a large garden. The private terrace is perfect for relaxing—a sun umbrella is provided. Bicycles can be rented for an extra fee. A parking space in the courtyard is available. Pets are welcome (max. 1 pet, fee payable on site). Smoking and events are not permitted. Location: Gutspark Neuruppin approx. 800 m, city centre approx. 3.5 km, public transport within walking distance.
